Our stratified emission technology allows the design of high-power luminaires at an incomparable low cost since through stratification, we feed the LEDs in a completely different way than conventional ones, so that with the use of very economical drivers we can manage large luminaires where the only limit is the capacity of the power line, this technology also allows us to design lighting against coronavirus.

STRATIFIED LIGHT EMISSION TECHNOLOGY FOR LEDs

For several years we have been developing a completely new technology for the power and control of light-emitting diodes, this new technology that we call stratified emission, allows higher levels of light emission at a lower cost with a more efficient management of temperature, we have tested this technique in very diverse scenarios with extraordinary results, likewise, it allows the design of medium to very high power luminaires with modular architecture and at a fraction of the cost compared to conventional designs.

APPLICATIONS.

1. General lighting. Stratified emission technology allows a multitude of completely disruptive designs in terms of the handling of light-emitting diodes for lighting, ambience, traffic lights, and above all allows the design of high-power lighting equipment for industrial, commercial, theater, stadium use at a fraction of the cost of conventional designs, it also has application in indoor agriculture.

2. Anti-coronavirus lighting. We have developed with this technology, equipment for the clinical treatment of COVID 19, as well as lighting equipment against coronavirus that allows the destruction of any coronavirus in the air and illuminated surfaces using lighting provided by white light luminaires powered by our stratified system which allows these devices to work in a dual function, pure lighting and lighting with anti-coronavirus effect without altering its characteristic of white light lighting, the hypothesis on which this faculty of our technology has been proben in the USA and Italy by prestigious medical research institutions.

3. Photobiomodulation. Photobiomodulation is a technique that has been developed in several countries with excellent results, it consists of using light of different wavelengths to indicate cells to perform a certain function. The United States Navy has been using photobiomodulation in its nuclear submarines to treat blows and injuries of sailors who spend several months under the surface of the sea, NASA, has developed photobiomodulation equipment for specific treatments, Dr. Wilden in Germany, has developed therapies to recover hearing capacity, photobiomodulation is widely used and with great success for the treatment of arthritis, osteoarthritis, chronic muscle pain and in sports medicine, however, with the use of our stratified emission technology, we have developed equipment that allows us to do all of the above with greater efficiency and lower cost.

4. Phototherapy for diabetic foot. Phototherapy has been widely used for the treatment of the so-called diabetic foot, which causes an amputation every 30 seconds of the lower limbs worldwide (according to Conamed), in Mexico alone, about 200,000 amputations are performed per year for diabetic foot and what is worse, more than 80% of amputees, they die within 5 years after amputation. Our equipment applied as auxiliaries in the treatment of diabetic foot has shown great effectiveness.

5. Automotive lighting. The stratified emission allows the design of drivers for LEDs for automotive use in what we call smart cables, which reduce conventional automotive wiring by 50% since this new driver connects in series with the light-emitting diodes and generates high-frequency pulsed emissions that make the conversion of electrical energy to light energy more efficient and with less waste in heat.

6. Cosmetics. Photobiomodulation is also used in the cosmetics industry for the treatment of wrinkles, scars and dermal health.

7. Photobiomodulation for veterinary use. Photobiomodulation is especially useful for the treatment of pain, wounds and infections in pets and for the treatment of jumping horses and racetrack horses to reduce inflammation and heal joint injuries.

During the last 5 years we have been developing the technology of stratified light emission and thus we have designed laboratory prototypes which we have tested extensively with great success to later design the corresponding production prototypes of the different product lines derived from the technology.
